Nature

"See how nature - trees, flowers, grass - grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence...we need silence to be able to touch souls." Mother Teresa

The Lord cares for the land and enrices it abundantly. Psalm 65:9

A wonderful Fall recipe:

Apple Dumplings
2 cans of Crescent rolls
4 large Granny Smith apples
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 sticks butter or oleo
1 tablespoons cinnamon
12 oz. can Mountain Dew, at room temp.
Peel and cut the apples into fourths. Unroll and separate the crescent rolls and place a slice of apple on each roll-up. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 glass pan. Mix sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Pour over dumplings. Pour the can of Mountain Dew over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
These taste so good served with cinnamon ice cream or vanilla.
